Segment the audience
Campaigns were built around defined prospect groups rather than treating all LinkedIn outreach as one generic sequence.
CASE STUDY · LEAD GENERATION & CRM HANDOFF
A connected outbound process that moved segmented LinkedIn outreach through conversation, qualification and structured HubSpot follow-up.
LinkedIn outreach can generate activity, but without a clear qualification and handoff process the CRM ends up disconnected from the conversations that matter.
The work needed to connect campaign segmentation, prospect messaging, conversation handling, qualification and HubSpot follow-up.
Campaigns were built around defined prospect groups rather than treating all LinkedIn outreach as one generic sequence.
Dripify supported targeted LinkedIn sequences while keeping the messaging aligned to each audience segment.
Prospect replies were handled directly from the CEO's LinkedIn profile so conversations remained personal and commercially relevant.
Replies were assessed for intent and fit. Warm prospects were nurtured while low-fit conversations were closed politely.
Interested prospects were added to HubSpot with the relevant context so follow-up could continue inside the CRM instead of remaining isolated in the outreach tool.
Once a lead was qualified and a discovery call booked, the CEO took over the next stage of the opportunity.
The examples below show the real outreach process, anonymised prospect conversations and campaign-level performance evidence. Names and identifying details have been redacted for privacy.
Screenshots are anonymised and may represent different reporting views or campaign periods; they are included as evidence of the work performed, not as one combined reporting period.
WHAT THIS PROJECT DEMONSTRATES
Outreach tools can create activity, but the real operational value comes from connecting targeting, conversations, qualification and CRM follow-up into one visible process.
